摘　　要：研究了IT能力及社会资本对企业知识集成能力的影响,给出了IT能力和社会资本与企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、社会能力、合作化能力之间关系的概念模型,在理论分析的基础上提出了相应的假设。进行大量的问卷调查,并以SPSS和AMOS管理统计软件作为数据分析工具,建立了结构方程模型。实证研究结果显示,社会资本对企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、合作能力、社会化能力三个维度的影响效应依次递增,而IT能力对企业知识集成能力三维度的影响效应依次递减,同时,IT能力对社会资本具有正向的促进作用。In this paper,the relationship among IT capability,social capital and enterprise knowledge integration capability was analyzed first,then the concept model between them was given with correspondent hypotheses.Afterwards an empirical research was carried out and the structure equation model was built up using SPSS and AMOS as statistic tools.The research proved that the influence of social capital on the system capability,cooperation capability and socialization capability appears an increasing tendency,and the influence of IT capability on the three dimensions of enterprise knowledge integration capability appears a descending tendency,and IT capability has a positive effect on social capital.
