摘　　要：孵化器是中小企业创业的平台,在孵企业孵化成功与否对于地区经济与企业创新发展具有重要的意义,然而与其他中小企业一样,中小企业孵化面临着金融缺口。在分析中小企业孵化的特点以及金融缺口的基础上,构建以孵化器为平台,政府政策与法律制度为服务保障,银行融资、资本市场、非正规融资与其他金融为多渠道资金供给,多极信用为担保的金融支撑与推进体系,以期对解决中小企业孵化金融缺口问题提供参考借鉴。Incubator is the important platform of small and medium enterprises（SMEs） in the incubation,whether SMEs can incubated successfully is very significant for development of regional economy and enterprise innovation.However,financial gap is the most difficult for SMEs in the incubation like others.Based on the analysis of the characters and financial gap of SMEs in the incubation,the financial supporting and promoting system is established,which is composed of incubator platform system,government policies and law services system,multi-channel capital supply system of banking,capital markets,informal financial and others,and multi-polar credit guarantee system.It hopes to be the reference for the issue of financial gap of SMEs in the incubation.
