摘  要:【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的生活质量及家庭环境特征。【方法】应用程灶火等设计的《儿少主观生活质量问卷手册》,家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对79例ADHD儿童及71名正常儿童进行评定并对其结果进行对比分析。【结果】1)生活质量评分中,ADHD组的家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、生活环境、自我认识、认知成分、焦虑体验、情感成分总体满意度得分均低于正常组(P<0.05或<0.01);2)家庭环境评分中,ADHD组的亲密度、知识性、娱乐性、道德宗教、组织性得分均低于正常组(P<0.05或<0.01),矛盾性、独立性得分显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。【结论】ADHD儿童生活质量低下,家庭环境不良,应采取综合干预措施以改善其预后。【Objective】 To explore the quality of life and the characteristics of family environment in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). 【Method】 A questionnaire survey(include ISIQ and FES)was conducted among 2 groups(79 ADHD children and 71 normal children),the results would be compared between the 2 groups on the quality of life and family environment. 【Results】 1)The scores of life of family,peer interaction,life of school,living environment,self awareness,cognitive components,experience of anxiety,emotion,overall satisfaction in ISIQ in ADHD group were lower than normal group(P0.05 or 0.01);2)The scores of cohesion,intellectual-cultural orientation,entertainment,moral religious emphasis,organization in FES in ADHD group were lower than normal group(P0.05 or 0.01),the scores of conflict,independence in FES in ADHD group were significantly higher than normal group(P0.01). 【Conclusion】 The quality of life and family environment in ADHD children are in a poor circumstance which should be applied complex intervention to improve the prognosis of them.
