摘　　要：通过分析跨境高等教育的界定与发展及我国高等教育监管机制的现状,从政府、社会和高校三方面论述了构建我国跨境高等教育质量保障机制的有效措施。By analyzing the definition and development of cross-border higher education and current status of the supervision mechanism of China＇s higher education,the effective measures for building a cross-border quality guarantee mechanism for China＇s higher education were discussed from the perspective of the government,society and higher education institutions.
