摘 要:结合统计学、遗传学和图论原理,建立了一种新的分子标记连锁图谱构建的方法,即图论构图法.应用这种方法,从77个家蚕RAPD标记位点中构建了7个标记位点的两个连锁群.与MAPMARKER程序所构建的结果相比表明,图论构图法具有更为可靠的构图效果.Construction of molecular marker-based linkage map has become one of the hot points in molecular biology. At the same time, statistic methods and softwares for mapping molecular marker loci have been developed. As a study of methodology, a new approach, graphic theoretcial method, was developed on the basis of combination of statistics, genetics and graphic theory in this paper. Two linkage groups including 7 RAPD loci were mapped from 77 RAPD markers in silkworm (Bombyxmori. L.) by our approach. As compared with the mapping these 77 RAPD markers by MAPMARKER program, the result shows that our approach of graphic theory is more confident in mapping molecular marker loci.
