摘　　要：笔者考证了古代侗款的约法性质,并从程序法的角度分析了古代三江侗族村寨社会纠纷解决的基本运作方式,继而揭示:社会契约固有的群体内在约束力是款约得到有效遵守的重要原因。The writer has made textual research on the ancient Dong Kuan （Rules for Dong Nationality） as contract which is legally enforceable,and has also analyzed the basic operation manners of solving social disputes in ancient Sanjiang Dong Nationality Villages from the aspect of procedure law. Thus,the paper reveals that the intrinsic sanction of social contract upon group is an important reason by which people observes Kuan Yue （Articles of Dong Kuan）.
