摘　　要：以我国培育的陆地棉栽培品种为主，研究了农杆菌介导遗传转化过程中外植体材料、菌液浓度、感染时间、抗菌素等对遗传转化效率的影响以及愈伤组织的诱导分化过程。he studying,using mainly cotton caltivars in China,researched the influence of the explant materials,bacterium concentration,the time infused by bacterium,antibiotic etc.to the agrobacterium mediated efficiency of genetic transformation of Gossypium hirsutum L.and the process of the induce of calli.Making clear the outer factors of genetic transformation of Gossypium hirsutum L.
