摘  要:研究了不同浓度水杨酸( S A)对马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长、分化及试管微薯诱导和发育的影响。结果表明:低浓度 S A 显著抑制马铃薯试管苗主茎和根的生长,促进侧枝和匍匐茎分化。高浓度(0.1~1.0 m m ol/ L) S A 能诱导试管微薯形成并显著提高结薯率。 S A 浓度为 0.5m m ol/ L 时,结薯率最高,且成薯集中。ffects of Salicylic Acid (SA) on growth and differentiation of potato shoot land on induction and development of potato tuber were studied under different concentrations of SA.The results show that,under the lower concentrations,the growth of main stem and root was inhibited,while the differentiation of branchs and stolons promoted;Presence of SA (0.1~1.0 mmol/L) was beneficial to induce microtubers and to increase the tuberization rate.The best result was obtained with 0.5 mmol·L -1 SA.The shoots,under this condition,produced a large number of microtuber in a short time (10-20 d);and the microtubers produced were quite even in size and in fresh weight;and the number of microtuber per vessel is more than those of others.
