高校生源基地内涵建设的对策研究

摘　　要：在生源数量逐步减少,高等教育日趋国际化、多元化的背景下,能否争取到稳定、优质的生源,是高校能否在高等教育领域站稳脚跟、得以发展的重要因素之一。生源基地内涵建设作为一种新的理念,促进了高校与中学的合作交流,在人才的选拔和培养方面形成了一种新型的关系。以生源基地内涵建设为牵引,应对解决新时期高校面对的各种问题,为高校生源的可持续发展提供强大的保证和动力。Considering the continuous decrease of high school students as well as the internationalization and diversity of higher education,it is very important for a university to attain stable student admission with high-quality students,which plays a crucial role in solidifying and enhancing its position in the competitive higher education.The new conception related to the cooperative cultivation of high school students from high schools and universities considerably promotes the communication between educational institutions of different levels.Based on this activity a new student selection and admission mechanism has been developed,which effectively helps universities to obtain satisfactory student resources,solve current different problems and achieve the sustainable development.
