摘 要:高校毕业生就业问题是社会普遍关注的问题,很多研究认为结构性失业是高校毕业生就业难的重要原因,其中专业结构与社会需求结构不一致是一个基本原因,因此提议调整专业结构。虽然调整专业结构势在必行,但也不能仅仅根据就业情况搞一刀切,而是要根据专业性质差别对待。对于应用型专业应给予学校更多的自主权,使其根据市场需求调整专业结构和规模;对于那些社会效益大于经济效益的专业,政府应该给予适当的支持,使得从事相关专业学习和工作的人员达到或接近社会最优的规模,满足社会效益最大化和社会长远发展的需要。Graduates' employment attracted much attention of society,many researchers considered that structural unemployment accounts much for the unemployment of graduates.And the structure mismatch of majors with the demand of sociality is considered to be a basic reason.It is advocated by many researchers that adjustment of majors should be implemented to reduce graduates' unemployment.Although it's necessary to adjust majors,it couldn't adopt sweeping approach according to the situation of employment.However it's accessible to note a difference according to the nature of majors.It is argued that much decision-making power should be given to colleges in running the applied majors;for majors whose social value are greater than economic value,government should give much more support,so that their structure could be optimized,and meet the future need of society.
