摘　　要：水产品冷链物流由多个环节组成,从鲜活品的采购、加工、流通,直至零售和消费的全过程,是一项复杂的低温系统工程,确保各环节的质量安全是水产品冷链物流的核心。本文根据冷链物流理论,依托舟山水产品冷链物流技术和计算机网络技术,分析舟山水产品冷链物流系统的结构体系,建设舟山水产品冷链物流运营的网络系统。Aquatic products cold chain logistics composes of a number of links. The whole process from fresh goods procurement, processing, distribution, retail to consumption is a complex cryogenic system works. To ensure quality and safety of all aspects is the core issue of aquatic products cold chain logistics. According to the theory of cold chain logistics, and based on Zhoushan aquatic products cold chain technology and computer network technology, this article has analyzed structural system and network system of cold chain logistics operation for Zhoushan aquatic products.
