摘 要:目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像在高血压脑微出血中的应用价值。方法:采用1.5T MR扫描仪,对48例高血压脑微出血患者分别进行常规和SWI序列扫描,比较各序列对于脑微出血灶的数量、部位、分布的显示情况。结果:T2WI序列检出低信号灶169个,T2FLAIR序列检出低信号灶273个,SWI序列检出低信号灶1335个,各序列显示病灶数量之间的差异具有统计学意义(2=9.92,P<0.05)。微出血病灶分布于基底节区为31.6%,皮层-皮层下为24.9%、脑干为18.7%,丘脑为18.6%,小脑为6.2%。结论:磁敏感加权技术对于高血压脑微出血的显示具有高度敏感性,为目前检出脑微出血的最佳序列。Objective:To explore the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging in patients with hypertensive cerebral microbleeds.Methods:48 patients with hypertension cerebral microbleeds were performed with both SWI and conventional MRI sequences at 1.5 T MR scanner.The quantity,location and distribution of the cerebral microbleeds in all MRI sequences were compared.Results:The number of cerebral microbleeds were 169 detected by T2-weighted image,273 detected by T2 FLAIR and 1335 detected by susceptibility weighted imaging,respectively.There was significant difference between sequences for the detection of cerebral microbleeds(X2=9.92,P0.05).The locations of microbleeds were basal ganglia(31.6%),cortex-subcortex(24.9%),brain stem(18.7%),thalamus(18.6%),cerebellum(6.2%).Conclusion:Susceptibility weighted imaging is of great sensitivity for the detection of hypertensive cerebral microbleeds.This technique is so far the best sequence in detecting the cerebral microbleeds.
