摘 要:利用分子生态技术手段对大曲微生物群落多样性进行解析具有重要意义。论述了DGGE、SSCP、TRFLP、Real-timeQ-PCR、LH-PCR、元基因组等6种常用的分子生态学技术在微生物群落多样性研究中的优缺点及国内外研究进展,并探讨分子生态学技术在大曲微生物群落研究中的应用前景,为揭示大曲微生物菌群的结构多样性、遗传多样性规律、鉴定大曲和酒醅中优势菌群、发现和确定大曲功能微生物提供技术支持。The application of molecular ecology techniques is of great importance in the study of Daqu microbial community diversity. In this paper, 6 common molecular ecology techniques including DGGE/TGGE, T-RFLP, SSCP, RQ-PCR, LH-PCR and metagenome were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages in the study of microbial community diversity and the research progress in molecular ecology techniques at home and abroad were elaborated. Besides, the application foreground of molecular ecology techniques in the study of Daqu microbial community diversity was also discussed, which could provide technical support in publishing structural diversity and genetic diversity of Daqu microbial communities, assessing dominant bacteria/flora during fermentation, and finding and determining the functional microorganism.
