摘　　要：对领导干部进行德行考核是中国共产党加强干部队伍建设的重大举措。然而,由于干部考德缺乏统一、细化的标准和考评体系以及"德"自身具有的内隐性、可变性和复杂性等特点给干部考德带来现实难题。解决这个现实难题的途经是通过建立完善、细化的干部德行评价标准体系,综合运用多种方法,建立立体式、多视角的干部德行考评机制。The evaluation of the morality of the leading officials is an important step to strengthen the building of its official system by the CPC,however,the lack of unified and detailed standards and the invincibility,variability and complexity of morality itself are the things that have to be tackled.Its solotion is to establish a perfect and detailed evaluating system and to evaluate the leading officials in a three dimensional and multi-angles,way.
