丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作69例的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作的疗效及安全性。方法:收集各类躁狂发作、双相躁狂发作、快速循环发作患者139例,分为丙戊酸镁组(研究组)和碳酸锂组(对照组),研究组69例,对照组70例,疗程6周。在治疗前、1、2、4、6周末采用倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:治疗6周两组BRMS量表减分值相仿(P>0.05),研究组在治疗1周末,BRMS平均因子分比治疗前有所下降(P<0.05),而对照组在治疗2周末,BRMS平均因子分比治疗前有所下降(P<0.05)。研究组有效率92.6%(63/68),显效率66.2%(45/68);对照组有效率88.1%(59/67),显效率62.7%(42/67)。两组间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组不良反应出现的频率高于研究组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究组脱落1例,对照组脱落3例。结论:丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作,起效快,疗效好,安全性高。Objective：To detect the efficacy safety of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and lithium carbonate in the treatment of manic episode. Methods： 139 patients with manic episode were randomly administered with magnesium valproates （n = 69） and lithium carbonas （n = 70）, The therapeutics effects and side effects were assessed with Beth -Rafaelsen Measuring Scale （BRMS）, Treatment Emergent symptom Scale （TESS） 1,2,4 and 6 weeks later. Results： The two groups showed same in efficacy. No significant difference was found between the two groups on reducing score of BRMS at the end of 6 weeks （ P 〉 0.05 ）. At the end of the first week, the efficacy of study group was better than of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were 63 （92.6%） patients in the magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and 59 （ 88.1% ） patients in the lithium carbonas group responded to drugs at the end of 6 - week treatment. Side effects in the study group was lower than the control group, but two groups showed same in efficacy（P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusions： Both magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and lithium carbonas were effective in the treatment of manic episode. But magnesium valproate sustained release tablets show fewer side effects with the high safety.
