216例女性抑郁症与肥胖的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨女性抑郁症与肥胖的相关性以及两者的相关程度,判断两者是否存在相似的生化基础。方法:随机纳入216例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的女性抑郁症患者,依据BMI指标确定其是否符合肥胖的标准,计算出女性抑郁症中肥胖的发病率;然后,根据自制健康自愿者肥胖情况调查表,按年龄、职业等配比纳入200例,依据BMI指标确定符合肥胖标准的人数,计算出正常人群中肥胖的发病率。通过发病率计算x2值来判断两者之间是否存在相关,通过计算相对风险率(RR值)来判断两者之间相关的程度。采用SPSS13.0统计软件,将有关数据进行x2检验和T检验。结果:女性抑郁症与肥胖之间存在非常显著的相关性(x2=36.21,P<0.001),而且两者相关的程度非常大(RR=4.37>1)。结论:女性抑郁症与肥胖之间存在明显的相关性,说明两者之间可能具有相似的生化基础,对两病的病因、治疗、预防以及对抑郁症在治疗过程中的用药指导意义重大。Objective：To study the relationship and correlativity between female depression and obesity, and discuss the female depression and obesity whether has the similar Biochemistry foundation. Methods ：216 hospitalized patients with depression entered in the study. All subjects were evaluated with the inventory of BMI, in order to calculate disease incidence of pression. 200 subjects were accept according to the age and occupation. We calculate disease incidence of obesity in the healthy masses. Chi - square value evaluated by incidence was conducted to analyze whether there is correlation and RR value was evaluated to examine to what extent the correlation exists. Results： The female depression is significantly associated with obesity （x^2 = 36.21, P 〈 0. 001 ） and correlation was to a great extent （ RR = 4.37 〉 1 ）. Conclusions ： The female depression is significantly associated with obesity. The female patients of depression and obesity might has the similar Biochemistry foundation . It help discuss the etiopathogenisis and therapy and precaution, and tell us how to use the drug in the therapy.
