18例隐瞒病情女性精神分裂症患者的婚后生活体验

摘　　要：目的:探究隐瞒病情结婚的女性精神分裂症患者婚后生活的情感体验。方法:运用立意取样法和深入访谈法,对18例隐瞒病情结婚的女性精神分裂症患者进行访谈,将获得的资料用Giorgi法进行分析。结果:萃取出4个主题内容:隐瞒病史而心怀内疚;怕被发现而紧张不安;缺乏理解、支持而感压抑和无助;被误解、指责而委屈难过。结论:隐瞒病情的女性精神分裂症患者婚后不良内心体验不利于疾病康复,医护人员应指导家属斟酌利弊,正确对待患者婚姻问题。Eighteen female schizophrenia patients were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected by in - depth interview and were analyzed by Giorgi＇s phenomenological procedures. Results： Four themes were found：① Remorse due to Hide the illness. ② Restless due to fear of being discovered. ③Feeling helpless due to Lack of understanding and support. ④Sadness due to being misun- derstood. Conclusions ： Unhealth married life experience of the feminine schizophrenia patients hiding their illness are bad for recovery, they need professional guidance of marriage question and treament.
