摘　　要：针对我国高等职业教育商贸类专业人才培养模式的现状与问题,结合宁波城市职业技术学院近几年开展的基于工作任务、工作过程和职业能力的专业人才培养模式改革实践,提出了商贸类专业的改革思路,在学习现代高职理念、专业相关的工作任务、课程体系构建、校企紧密合作、工学结合教学模式等方面进行了实践探索和创新,取得了一定成效。The reform ideas of business and trade majors have been proposed according to the current situations and problems relating to talent training mode of business and trade in our country＇s higher vocational education,combined with years of hard work of reform practice in the area of professional talent training mode based on working-task,working process and vocational abilities in Ningbo city college.consequently,substantial results have been achieved in the aspects of studying on modern higher vocational theories,working tasks related to majors,constructing of course system,closely co-operation between schools and enterprises,teaching mode of integrating working and studying through practical exploration and innovation.
