摘　　要：研究一类竞争—合作生态数学模型平衡点的渐近稳定性,得到了一组保证平衡点渐近稳定的充分条件.This paper studies the asymptotic stability of a positive equilibrium to a competition and cooperation ecological model.A set of sufficient conditions is obtained to guarantee the asymptotic stability of a positive equilibrium to the model.
