妇科肿瘤手术患者的心理状态及护理对策

摘　　要：目的了解妇科肿瘤手术患者的心理状态,并观察心理护理的作用。方法把104例妇科肿瘤手术患者随机分成两组,对照组(n=52)采用常规护理,而研究组(n=52)采用常规护理和心理护理,并且在入院和出院时分别进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测定。结果研究组患者护理前后各因子分的差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而对照组患者的抑郁和焦虑因子分的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和精神病性因子分的下降幅度显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤患者存在各种各样的心理问题,采用有效的心理护理能够减轻患者的心理症状,减缓心理压力,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the psychological state of surgery patients with gynecological tumor,and observe the effects of psychological nursing.Methods 104 patients with gynecological tumor were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in study received routine and psychological nursing.Symptom checklist 90 was determined at hospitalization and leaving hospital.Results There were statistical significance in all factor scores before and after nursing in study group（P0.05）,and there were no statistical significance in the factor scores of depression and anxiety before and after nursing in control group（P0.05）.The factor scores of somatization,obsession,sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and psychosis in study group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The gynecological tumor patients have all kinds of psychological problems.Effective psychological nursing can reduce the psychological symptoms and pressure of patients.It may improve the quality of life of gynecological tumor patients.
