摘　　要：目的总结CT引导下经皮穿刺植入125I放射性粒子治疗肺癌的护理措施。方法回顾性归纳了CT引导下经皮穿刺植入125I放射性粒子治疗42例肺癌患者的护理方法。结果作好充分的术前准备,严防感染,术后密切观察气胸及出血并发症的发生,积极进行心理支持,是保证该治疗方法成功的关键护理措施。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺放射性125I粒子近距离照射治疗肺癌安全、有效,并且创伤小、并发症少。护理效果满意。Objective To discuss the nursing intervention of CT-guided percutaneous implantation of radioactive particle ^125I in lung cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 42 lung cancer patients receiving CT-guided percutaneous implantation of radioactive particle ^125 I.Results Preoperative preparation,prevention of infection,control of complications and active mental support were essential for the success of the treatment.Conclusion The brachytherapy of radioactive particle ^125 I to treat lung cancer is safe and effective with less traumas and complications,and the nursing of the patients is easy.
