摘 要:进行不同主料组成的培养基栽培茶树菇试验,结果表明:在以花椒枝粉(40%)+红芪茎粉(40%)为主料的培养基中,其生物转化率最高。茶树菇在其他培养基也能够正常生长,且产量比棉籽壳(CK)为主料的培养基高(除葡萄茎粉配方略低)。试验利用农业生产中的下脚料为原料栽培茶树菇,实现变废为宝,可给农民带来可观的经济收入;同时将菌糠还田,增加土壤有机质,对发展有机食品也产生积极作用。The test ofAgrocybe aegerila cultured in different culture medium composed of different substrates was studied.The results show that : the medium mainly made up of wild pepper sticks powder (40%)+ Hongqi stems powder (40%)had the highest rate of biological transformation. Agrocybe aegerila could grow normally in other medium,in which the yield was higher than that cultured in medium mainly made up of cottonseed shell (CK) ,respectively (except the mediun made up of grape stems powder was lower).Thc tests used agricultural waste as raw material in the cultivation of Agrocybe aegerila,turning waste into wealth.It would bring considerable economic income to farmers.The waste material could return back to field to increase soil organic matter.It would have a positive effect on the development of organic foods.
