摘　　要：高校辅导员的主体性素质是高校辅导员成为教育管理工作主体的前提条件,主要是针对当前对于辅导员素质理解和培养的工具性而提出的。其表现为内容和结构相统一的复杂系统,是在外在规定和辅导员自身内部发展的互动中形成发展的。Counselors＇ subjective quality is the prerequisite for the principal part they play in college education and management.It relates to the instrumentality of current understanding and cultivation of counselors＇ qualities.Formed in the interaction between external rules and counselors＇ internal development,it is a complex system where the content agrees with the structure.
