摘　　要：本文从辅导教师和学生两个视角出发,对深度辅导工作的理念、有效性、覆盖面、可持续性等问题展开思考与探讨,以期抛砖引玉,促进深度辅导工作进一步取得实效。This article discusses the concept of in-depth counseling,its effectiveness,coverage and sustainability from both the angle of the counselor and the angle of the student.It is to invite better ideas on how to achieve more effective in-depth counseling.
