摘　　要：兴起于21世纪初的充填整体化代表着根管治疗发展新趋势,其强调改进根管充填的封闭能力,增强牙根的抗力的理念已经引起广泛关注。本综述旨在阐释充填整体化的概念。Monoblock is the new concept in root canal filling which emerged in the early 21st century.It emphasizes the improved sealing ability of root filling and resistance to root fracture and has attracted wide attention.This article gives a general view on the new concept of monoblock.
