摘  要:C.P.斯诺在关于"两种文化"的演讲中所批评的现象在今天并没有得到根本的改变。回顾20世纪人类社会两种主要的文化存在形式——科学文化和人文文化发展演变的轨迹,考察这两种文化在一些重大问题上出现不协调、甚至分离现象的各种复杂原因,说明这种现象的存在是人类自身认识和发展的一个误区,并导致人类在发展过程中付出了巨大的代价,而表现在教育上则为害尤烈:造成普遍的人文素质下滑、创新能力低下。从两种文化的相互冲突走向相互理解、相互参照,进而互补式地融合,尤其是在教育中强化和推行通识教育,是未来人类社会文化发展的总趋势,也是实践科学发展观的思想基础。The phenomenon which was criticized in the speech of C.P.Snow in 50 years ago hasn't gotten radical change.Looking back to the evolutional track of scientific culture and humanistic culture—the two main existing form of culture,and reviewing the complex reasons coursing disharmony of the two culture and even separating the phenomenon on some important problems,to show that the existence of the phenomenon is a mistake of human awareness and development,which has made human pay an enormous price and lead a widespread declining of Humanity quality and creative ability.In this paper,it is thought that from the mutual conflict to understanding,referring to each other and finally amalgamation of the two cultures,especially promoting general education,will be both a trend of humanity development and foundation of practicing the concept of scientific development.
