摘  要:为了解决三角Bézier曲面粗加工刀轨生成效率低以及存在的刀轨干涉等问题,提出了一种基于三角Bézier曲面粗加工刀轨生成算法.该算法采用R*S树建立三角Bézier曲面模型的动态索引,可快速获取瞬时加工区域三角Bézier曲面片,进而迭代计算无干涉刀位点.建立了三角Bézier曲面的z向包络线,根据z向包络线与切削平面的关系,跟踪提取加工刀轨段,按照不同的走刀方式输出相应刀轨段来获取所需刀轨.实例证明,该算法数据适应性强,算法运行效率高,可对复杂三角Bézier曲面模型生成无干涉粗加工数控刀轨.An algorithm for generating rough tool-path based on triangular Bézier surface is proposed,which can be used to improve efficiency of the rough tool path generation for triangular Bézier surface and solve the interference issues of tool path.The R*S tree is introduced into the algorithm and the dynamic spatial index structure of the triangular Bézier surface model is established by R*S tree;the interferential-free cutter location points of triangular Bézier surface are acquired based on the R*S tree and the z-direction enveloping line of the triangular Bézier surface is also established;the tool path segment is obtained by means of tracking and extracting according to the relationship between the cutting plane and z-direction enveloping line;the corresponding tool path segments are output according to different requirement,thus the required tool path is obtained.The strong adaptability of data type,the accuracy and efficiency for obtaining the interferential-free rough tool-path of the intricate triangular Bézier surface,are verified.
