摘　　要：本文从移动交换中心(MSC)电路域链路配置原则入手,以局向链路比例为依据,给出局向话务量计算方法及链路配置方法。结合无线闭塞中心(RBC)性能,得出MSC电路域对RBC的链路配置。Starting with the principle of link configuration for circuit domain of Mobile Switch Centre（MSC）,according to the proportion of outgoing link,it was given the computing method of outgoing speech traffic and the method of link configuration.Combined with the property of Radio Block Centre（RBC）,the link configuration of RBC was gained.
