摘　　要：缺乏敏感和特异的诊断手段一直是新生物脑膜炎(NM)诊断和治疗乃至新治疗方法判定的临床试验设计中存在的困难。该领域一些最近取得的新进展可能有助于提高NM的诊断水平。但是,作为NM疗效评估的主要方法,脑脊液细胞学检查或神经放射影像学仍然具有局限性。NM诊断和监测急需开发新的、具有临床实用性的实验室指标。The lack of sensitive and specific diagnostic tools has presented difficulties for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with neoplastic meningitis（NM）,as well as for the design of clinical trials evaluating new treatments.Some promising recent innovations may promote the level of NM diagnosis.However,as most important diagnostic methodologies for diagnosis of NM,cerebrospinal fluid or magnetic resonance imaging own different limitation.Regardless,there is an urgent need for new,clinically applicable diagnostic and monitoring laboratory tests of NM.
