摘　　要：目前输电线路杆塔基础设计过程中,工程图需要反复修改和优化,设计效率低。研究了以VB、VC结合ObjectARX作为开发语言的输电线路杆塔基础设计软件系统如何实现AutoCAD参数化绘图,其中的创新点和技术要点包括:实现VB软件系统自动打开AutoCAD,并在打开AutoCAD瞬间执行绘图命令;执行用户选择不同版本的AutoCAD;对绘图类型、内容和图框进行定制;以工程为单位对各种地形条件、荷载条件的杆塔基础进行选择性出图。该应用搭建了VB系统与AutoCAD即时交互的架构,提高了设计效率和运行速度。Engineering drawings for overhead transmission tower foundations have to be revised and optimized;and the design efficiency is low.The transmission line software used VB,VC and ObjectARX as the programming language was researched.How the software can realized automated AutoCAD drawings was analyzed.Key innovation and technology include：how to automatically turn on AutoCAD and implement the drawing commands at the opening moment;select different versions of AutoCAD;customize the drawing type,content and frame;selectively draw the tower in the different environment as the engineering unit.This application established a real-time interactive system between VB software and AutoCAD software,which improved the design efficiency and the running speed.
