摘  要:薏苡仁对多种高血糖模型动物和高血脂肥胖模型动物,均呈现出降糖、降脂和减肥作用,以及防治高糖高脂引起的并发症。其中薏苡仁多糖是其活性成分之一。薏苡仁多糖是通过抗氧化作用,保护胰岛β细胞免遭自由基的损伤和抑制血清脂质过氧化反应,以及改善糖尿病的免疫功能。薏苡仁多糖还可通过提高葡萄糖激酶活性,促进组织对葡萄糖的利用,改善胰岛素抵抗和脂、糖代谢紊乱。羟基不饱和脂肪酸是薏苡仁的又一类活性成分。羟基不饱和脂肪酸是通过激动过氧化物酶体增殖因子激活受体(PPARs),改善脂、糖代谢紊乱。Adlay shows hypoglycemic,hypolipidic and anti-obesity effects on various models of diabetic and hyperlipidemic obesity animals,which is also effective in prevention and treatment of the complications induced by hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. As one of the active components of adlay,coixans inhibit serum lipid peroxidation,and prevent islet β cell from free radical injury by antioxidation,and improve diabetic immunologic function. Coixans improve disorders of glycometabolism and lipometabolism,and insulin resistance by enhancement of glucose utilization and glucokinase activity in tissue. Hydroxy unsaturated fatty acids are another kind of active components of adlay. Hydroxy unsaturated fatty acids improve disorders of glycometabolism and lipometabolism by activation peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs).
