摘　　要：洛贝林,是从半边莲的品种中提取的一种哌啶生物碱。近期发现洛贝林可以逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药,可能作为新型、低毒、有效的耐药逆转剂。研究其作用机理、体内实验等将有助于探讨其临床实用性。Lobeline,species from lobelia extract a piperidine alkaloid,Recent discovery Lobeline could reverse the of multidrug resistance of tumor cells,May be as new,low toxicity,effective resistance reversal agents,Study its mechanism of action,in vivo experiments will help to explore its clinical utility.
