摘　　要：本文建立了一种新型免疫试剂SPG的制备方法 ,该方法是从链球菌G148菌株的细胞壁中提取SPG ,用木瓜蛋白酶消化 ,再经离子交换层析、亲和层析法提纯精制。用ELISA法检测活性 ,用SDSA new method for extracting streptococcus protein G(SPG) was reported in this paper. SPG was extracted from the cell wall of strain G148 of streptococcus, digested with papain ,then purified by ion exchange and affinity chromatographies. The activity of the SPG was detected by ELISA, and the purity and molecular weight of it were detected by SDS PAGE.
