摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗泪小点息肉的效果。方法对21例（39只眼）泪小点息肉患者施行下泪点重建术。结果治愈37只眼，显效2只眼，随访3月至2年，均无复发。结论下泪点重建术治疗泪小点息肉简单易行，效果确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of operation therapy of polypus of lower lacrimal punctum. Methods Of 21 patients （39 eyes） ofpolypus accepted lacrimal punctum reconstruction. Results Followed-up 3 months to 2 years, 37 eyes were cured and 2 eyes improved without any relapse. Conclusions Treatment of polypus of lower lacrimal punctum by means of lower lacrimal punctum reconstruction is a favorable method. The operation is simple and the therapy is affirmative.
