摘　　要：提出了一个评价企业财务管理目标是否合理的评价标准。对企业财务管理目标各种表现形式分别进行分析评价,最后对我国财务目标的现实选择--股东财富最大化进行系统分析。This paper presents the evaluation criteria of evaluating if enterprises financial management objectives are reasonable.Various manifestations of financial management objectives are analyzed and evaluated,finally,the realistic choice of financial goals in China-maximizing shareholder wealth is analyzed in a systematic way.
