头痛严重程度对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨头痛严重程度对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响。方法根据头痛严重程度将84例偏头痛患者分为轻、中、重度3组,采用生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)对患者进行测试。结果轻、中、重度3组偏头痛患者在躯体不适感、进食功能、工作与学习、婚姻与家庭方面评分的平均值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其余生活质量指标差异无统计学意义;轻度组与中度组相比,躯体不适感、工作与学习、业余娱乐生活方面评分的平均值差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与中度组相比,重度组仅性功能评分的平均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度组与重度组相比,躯体不适感、进食功能、性功能、工作与学习方面评分的平均值差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者的生活质量较差,头痛严重程度对患者的躯体功能、社会功能影响较明显,在躯体不适感、进食功能、工作与学习、婚姻与家庭方面尤为突出。Objective To investigate the influence of severity of headache on the quality of life in patients with migraine.Methods 84 migraineurs patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of the severity of migraine： the mild group,the moderate group and the severe group.The life quality of these patients was assessed by Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74）.Results The difference of the average scores of physical health,eating function,work and study and marriage and family had statistical significance among the three groups（all P0.05）,no statistical significances were found about other life quality indexes.Comparing the mild group with the moderate group,the difference of the average scores in the aspects of physical health,work and study and amusement in spare time had statistical significance（all P0.05）.Comparing the moderate group with the severe group,the difference of the average scores only in the aspects of sexual function had statistical significance（P0.05）.Comparing the mild group with the severe group,the difference of the average scores in the aspects of physical health,eating function,sexual function and work and study had statistical significance（all P0.05）.Conclusion The patients with migraine have a lower quality of life.The degree of the severity of migraine has influence on the quality of life in the aspects of physical and social function condition,especially in physical health,eating function,work and study and marriage and family.
