颅内外动脉狭窄患者血清β淀粉样蛋白(1-40)、(1-42)水平的变化

摘　　要：目的研究颅内外动脉狭窄患者血清β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)(1-40)、(1-42)水平的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测34例颅内外动脉狭窄患者的血清Aβ(1-40)、Aβ(1-42)水平,计算两者的比值;并与正常对照组进行比较。结果动脉狭窄组血清Aβ(1-40)水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),血清Aβ(1-42)水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),Aβ(1-40)/Aβ(1-42)比值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);动脉狭窄组中,老年亚组血清Aβ(1-40)水平高于中年亚组(P<0.05)、血清Aβ(1-42)水平与中年亚组相比差异无统计学意义。正常对照组中,老年亚组血清Aβ(1-40)水平与中年亚组比较差异无统计学意义,血清Aβ(1-42)水平明显高于中年亚组(P<0.05)。结论颅内外动脉狭窄患者的血清Aβ(1-40)水平显著升高,老年患者更明显;血清Aβ(1-42)水平显著降低。Objective To investigate the change of serum β-amyloid protein（Aβ）（1-40）and Aβ（1-42） levels in patients with extracranio-intracranial arteriostenosis.Methods The levels of serum Aβ（1-40）and Aβ（1-42）in 34 patients with extracranio-intracranial arteriostenosis were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent,the ratio of them was calculated,and the result were compared with normal control group.Results The level of serum Aβ（1-40） in the arteriostenosis group was significant higher than the normal control group（P0.001）,level of serum Aβ（1-42） was significant lower than the normal control group（P0.01）.The ratio of Aβ（1-40）/Aβ（1-42） in arteriostenosis group was significant higher than the normal control group（P0.01）.In the arteriostenosis group,the level of serum Aβ（1-40） in senior subgroup was significant higher than the middle-aged subgroup（P0.05）;the level of serum Aβ（1-42） between senior subgroup and middle-aged subgroup was no significant difference.In the normal control group,the level of serum Aβ（1-40） between middle-aged subgroup and senior subgroup was no significant differenc;the levels of serum Aβ（1-42） in senior subgroup was significant higher than middle-aged subgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion The level of serum Aβ（1-40） in extracranio-intracranial arteriostenosis patients is significant higher,especially in elderly patients,and the level of serum Aβ（1-42） is significant lower.
