摘　　要：文章从体育指导思想、学校体育、军事体育、群众体育这四个方面来讲述延安时期陕甘宁边区体育事业的发展过程,并结合现实借鉴其优点,总结出几点对阳光体育的启示,以便更好的开展阳光体育。This paper presents the development of sports in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region at Yan＇an period from the guiding principles of sports,school sports,military sports and mass sports.And this article summarizes enlightenment to the sunshine sports in order to better carry out the sunshine sports,combining with the reality and its advantages.
