摘　　要：适应不良是大学新生常见问题,影响着大学生活的开展。引起适应不良的原因有很多,教育工作者可以针对各种适应不良问题,采取相应的应对策略,更好的解决新生适应不良的问题,帮助新生更好更快的适应大学生活。The maladjustment is common frequently asked questions for freshmen,which affects the conduct of their university life.Since there are many reasons accounting for maladjustment,so educators may take the appropriate countermeasures for a variety of maladaptive problems,by which educators can solve the problem of the maladjustment better and faster,and also help freshmen adapt to college life much more easily and quickly.
