滑膜骨软骨瘤病40例影像分析

摘　　要：目的分析滑膜骨软骨瘤病的影像征象,讨论其影像学特征表现及鉴别要点。方法全部病例均行X线平片检查,5例CT平扫。结果 40例中27例经手术病理证实,5例关节镜证实,8例影像表现典型诊断明确。40例共45个关节囊内有一个或多个圆形、卵圆形、多角形、桑椹状等游离体。典型者中央密度低,外围为稍高密度环影或半环影。其大小从数毫米到2-3cm直径不等。23例关节肿胀,15例见关节退行性改变。结论游离体是滑膜骨软骨瘤病的特征性影像征象,是影像诊断的主要依据。关节内有多发游离体或游离体少伴滑膜增厚提示本病。Objective To analyze the imaging features of synovial osteochondromatosis and discuss diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods X-ray was performed in all cases, of which 5 cases underwent CT-scanning. Results 27 cases of 40 cases were proved by clinical and pathologically, 5 cases of 40 cases were proved by arthroendoscopy, the features and diagnosis image of the other 8 cases were typical. There are one or more loose bodies with circular, egg circular, polygons, the mulberry form in 45 joints of 40 cases. A central density of typical model is low, the outer circle increases the high wreath form or half wreath forms for the density. Lesions？sizes were from several mm to the 2-3 cm diameter. Swell joints were seen in 23 cases and joint erosion in 15 cases. Conclusions Loose body is the characteristic features in imaging.
