摘　　要：目的:探讨上海市卢湾区社区女性乳腺癌发生的危险因素。方法:2008年12月至2009年2月,以问卷调查形式对社区女性进行普查,通过条件logistic回归分析,研究社区女性患乳腺癌的危险因素。结果:普查社区女性共计6 171名,年龄20～92岁,中位年龄58岁,其中乳腺癌病人91例。通过条件logistic回归分析显示,首次足月妊娠年龄(>35岁)、绝经后体重增加(>2.5 kg)、绝经年龄(>55岁)、乳腺癌家族史、卵巢癌家族史、体质量指数(BMI,≥25)等为社区女性患乳腺癌的危险因素,哺乳为保护因素;绝经前女性患乳腺癌的危险因素包括月经初潮年龄(<12岁)、首次足月妊娠年龄(>35岁)、乳腺癌家族史和BMI(≥30)等,生育史和哺乳为保护因素。结论:需进一步加强针对乳腺癌危险因素的一、二级预防。Objective To explore the risk factors of breast cancer on the community women group of Luwan district in Shanghai.Methods From Dec 2008 to Feb 2009,community women were surveyed in the form of a census;then,logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors for breast cancer.Results A total of 6 171 community women were surveyed,whose age ranged from 20 to 92 years and the median age was 58 years old.Among these women,there were ninety-one breast cancer patients.Factors including age at first full-term pregnancy（35 years old）,weight gaining after postmenopause（increment2.5 kg）,age of menopause（55 years old）,family history of breast ovarian cancer and BMI≥25 kg/m2 were risk factors of female breast cancer,while breastfeeding was a protection factor.For premenopausal women,age of menarche（12 years old）,age at first full-term pregnancy（35 years old）,family history of breast cancer and BMI≥30 kg/m2 were risk factors,and breastfeeding and procreation were shown to be protection factors.Conclusions Primary and secondary prevention for risk factors of breast cancer must be strengthened.
