中部地区返乡农民工特点及职业技能培训研究——基于湖北、湖南、河南三省的调查

摘　　要：对湖北、湖南、河南三省的抽样调查和访谈发现,三省返乡农民工文化素质偏低,自主创业意识差,其技能培训参与率也较低。针对这些问题,各省应疏通信息渠道,建立多种返乡农民工培训信息平台;充分利用资源,鼓励职业学校开展返乡农民工职业培训,多渠道解决经费投入,创新培训方式,加强督导检查。Sample interview and investigation on rural laborers of Hubei,Hu＇nan and He＇nan province showed that,the cultural quality of returning rural laborers in these three provinces are relatively low,their self-employment sense is bad,and their participation rate on skills training is also low.Aiming at the above problems,the three provinces should dredge information approaches and build various information platforms for rural laborers training;take advantage of resources and encourage vocational schools to carry out professional training for returning rural laborers;solve the problem of financial investment by various approaches;innovate training modes and strengthen monitoring and examination.
