摘  要:目的研究在甲亢状态下,二种不同直径的微种植体支抗即刻负载的稳定性。方法健康Vistar雌性大鼠30只,分成三组,甲亢1、2组和对照组,每组10只。甲亢二组用优甲乐灌胃建立甲亢大鼠模型。对照组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃。28d后,在甲亢1、2组大鼠左侧胫骨分别植入1.6mm、1.2mm直径的微种植体2枚并加力100g,于加力后第十六、十七、二十六、二十七天进行标记,加力后30d处死动物。通过X线片测量种植体骨内移动间距;荧光显微镜、光镜下观察含种植钉超硬组织切片并计算骨矿化沉积率、骨结合率。结果甲亢二组大鼠微种植体无松动。1.6mm微种植体支抗位移小于1.2mm;1.6mm种植体骨结合率高于1.2mm。结论直径1.6mm微种植体的骨结合率高于直径1.2mm,其稳定性能大,更适应于临床。Objective To study instantly load resistance stability with two kinds of different diameter of micro-implant body in hyperthyroidism condition.Methods 30 healthy Vistar female rats were divided into three groups,hyperthyroidism 1 group,hyperthyroidism 2 group and the control group,each group of 10.The hyperthyroid rat model was administrated with euthyrox.The control group was given equal gastric lavage distilled water.After 28d,in left tibia of hyperthyroidism 1 and 2 groups,inserted 1.6 mm and 1.2 mm micro-implant respectively and strength was 100 grams.To marked them after 16,17,26 and 27 days.The animals were sacrificed after 30 days.Through the X-ray measurements within bone implant body movement spacing.Fluorescence microscope,light-microscopy including planting nail superhard biopsy and calculation of bone mineralization deposition rates,bone combining rate.Results In experimental groups,micro-implant body without loosing,no X-ray shadows and 1.6 mm palatal implant bone combining rate was higher than 1.2 mm.Conclusion Diameter 1.6 mm micro-implant body bone combination rate is higher,its stable performance may be more adapted to the clinical.
