摘　　要：企业价值创造来源于财务资本与非财务因素的耦合,而该耦合机理的研究,则演变为对于多元化的资本网络的框架研究,因此多元资本网络的形成机理、演化规律和治理机制构成了本论文的研究主题。本研究认为资本网络是结构性地嵌入在企业网络和企业价值网络中,其演化是通过多元资本结构和资本转换来实现的,多元资本结构影响企业价值创造,资本转换实现企业价值创造。多元资本网络的治理则是传统科层治理和网络治理的有效融合,本论文还提出了多元资本网络治理中控制权相机配置的理论框架。Value creating comes from the coupling of financial capital and unfinancial factors.The research of coupled mechanmism is converted to the research of framework on Multi-capital network.The formation、evolvement and governance of Multi-capital network and their connection of value creating are pivotal themes of our papaer.Our analysis find that Multi-capital network is configurable imbedded in network of enterprise and value network,Multi-capital network's evolutive method is Multi-capital structure and capital interconvertibility,Multi-capital structure has effect on value creating of enterprise,and capital interconvertibility realizes value creating of enterprise.There is the amalgamation on network governance and corporate governance in Multi-capital network.,and our paper also construct a theory on enterprise's control deploying.
