摘  要:以团头鲂为研究对象,研究了苹果籽和2种南瓜籽(白色南瓜籽和黑色南瓜籽)作为饲料油源对团头鲂全鱼、肌肉、肠脂和肝胰脏脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明:全鱼、肌肉、肠脂、肝胰脏与对应饲料的脂肪酸相关系数随油脂添加水平的升高而升高;鱼体脂肪酸组成受饲料影响程度由大到小依次为肠脂、肌肉、全鱼、肝胰脏;团头鲂可以将饲料脂肪中的亚油酸和亚麻酸合成n-6系列、n-3系列高不饱和脂肪酸,但团头鲂转化n-3系列的脂肪酸较弱,同时C22∶6n-3(DHA)比C20∶5n-3(EPA)对团头鲂生长更为重要。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the feed containing apple seeds and pumpkin seeds at three lipid levels ( 1% , 2% and 3% ) in feed on the fatty acid composition in organs of Megalobrama amblycephala. The results indicated that the correlation rate (CR) between fatty acid composition in organs and that in the feed increased along with the increased amount of lipid added to the feed;the effect on the fatty acid composition of the tissues and organs decreased in the order of gut fat, muscle, fish body and bepatopancreas; Megalobrama amblycephala could convert linoleic acid and linolehie acid into n -6 and n -3 PUFA , but the transformation of n -3 series fatty acids was weak, while C22: 6n - 3 (DHA) was more important than C20: 5n - 3 (EPA) on the growth.
