摘  要:深入电子行业企业调研,开展职业岗位工作任务、工作过程及职业素质与能力要求分析,按照工作岗位定位、工作任务分析、工作过程分析、行动领域归纳、学习领域转化、课程体系形成的思路,构建基于工作过程的专业课程体系,并将创新能力培养纳入课程体系,通过开设《电子产品创新设计》课程以及在每门专业课程中设置职业能力拓展项目,并组织各种创新小组科技活动,保证创新能力培养贯穿整个人才培养过程。Carrying out analysis on working tasks,working process and requirements for professional quality and abilities of professional posts by penetrating into electron enterprises and industries,according to the clue of "working posts orientation,working task analysis,working process analysis,action field summarization,learning field transformation and curriculum system formation",the specialty curriculum system based on working process was built,and the cultivation of innovative abilities was integrated into curriculum system and run through the whole process of talent cultivation to comprehensively enhance students' innovative abilities,employment competitiveness and qualities.
