摘　　要：道路考试是机动车驾驶员考试科目之一,目前的路考全部采用考试员人为判断考生的操作情况,从而判定考生是否合格。这就造成人为因素影响很大,评判标准不统一。系统采用先进的计算机技术、网络技术、传感器技术与通信技术,将智能化移动考试车辆和考试监控中心作为整个考试监测系统的两大相对独立的子系统。系统提供了路考过程的科学测试数据和定量的评分依据;提高了路考的科学性、客观性、公正性和透明度;改善了考官的工作环境和劳动条件;提高了路考工作的效率。系统的成功研制有力的补充了目前科目三无电子评判的空白。The road text is one of the motor vehicle driver exams.Presently whether an examinee is qualified or not is judged by an examiner personally.This method is inevitably affected by human factors and not scientific.The system in this paper adopts the advanced computer technology,network technology and sensor technology and communication technology,and considers the intelligent mobile test vehicles and the test monitoring center as the two relatively independent subsystems of the whole examination monitoring system.This system provides the road test data and the scientific process of quantitative score.Thus,the road test is more scientific,objective,impartial and transparent.Moreover,the working environment and the labor conditions of the examiner are also improved as well as the working efficiency of the road.The system supplies a gap in this field.
