乳酸脱氢酶、β_2微球蛋白在急性白血病中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2微球蛋白(β2MG)在急性白血病(AL)患者的表达水平,探讨其与AL疗效与预后的关系。方法回顾分析正常人群及初治、缓解、未缓解组的血清LDH、β2MG水平的变化。结果初治及未缓解组血清LDH、β2MG水平较正常对照及完全缓解(CR)组高。初治组与未缓解组比较无明显差异。血清LDH、β2MG均增高的患者较单项及二项增高的患者完全缓解率低,生存期短。结论血清LDH、β2MG反映了AL患者体内的肿瘤负荷,联合检测对判断病情疗效、预后有重要意义。Objective To determine the level of serum lactic dehydrogenase,β2microglobulin,ferritin in acute leukemia and discuss its relation between the curative effect and prognosis.Mehtod The level of serum lactic dehydrogenase,β2microglobulin,ferritin at normal crowd and initial treatment,remission,non-remission were retrospectively analysed.Results The level of serum lactic dehydrogenase,β2microglobulin at initial treatment and non-remission were much higher than those at normal crowd and complete remission.There were no difference between initial treatment and non-remission.Patients with higher level of both LDH,β2MG got lower CR rate,shorter term of overall survival than those with higher level of single item and two items.Conclusion SWerum lactic dehydrogenase,β2microglobulin reflected tumor load in patients,the union examination has mportant meaning to judge the curative effect and prognosis.
