云南省4地区2006～2009年0～6岁儿童营养健康状况变化趋势分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解云南省4地区0～6岁儿童在2006～2009年营养健康状况的变化趋势。[方法]采用WHO制定的儿童生长参考标准,对营养不良指标的评价采用WHO推荐,国内广泛使用的Z评分。[结果]4个地区2～6岁儿童低体重的发病率表现为随着年份的变化而上升的趋势(P﹤0.05)。2～6岁及6岁以下所有儿童消瘦的发病率具有随着年份的变化而上升的趋势(P﹤0.005)。4年中,6岁以下儿童贫血的发病率分别为9.43%、8.15%、7.40%和6.74%。发病情况在不同年份的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),每年在不同年龄段贫血的发病情况差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.0005)。[结论]云南省4个贫困地区儿童的营养状况有一定的改善,仍存在营养不良的问题。4个地区6岁以下儿童贫血发病率4年中变化不大,每年仍然有贫血的发生,2岁以下儿童的发病率较高。[ Objective] To investigate the trend of the nutritional status for the 0-6-year-old- child from 2006 to 2009 in Yunnan province. [ Methods ] The nutritional status was evaluated by the growth and development standard recommended by WHO. The under nutritional status was evaluated by the Z score. [Results] The low body weight rate of 2-6-year old children was rising by the changing of the year. The stunning rate of 2-6-year old children and no more than 6 year old children were rising by the changing of the year separately. The anaemia rate of the 0-6-year old children was 9.43%, 8.15% and 6.74% in the four years separately. The difference was not significant. The difference between the two age groups was significant. [ Conclusion] The nutritional status of the 0-6-year old children was improved a little, but the undernourishment still existed. The incidence of anaemia didn＇ t change a lot, but it occurred every year, the age under 2 years old had a high incidence.
