某医学院校大学生环境意识教育的效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]了解医学生的环境意识状况,评价对其环境意识教育后的效果。[方法]对某医学院校4种专业的一年级和三年级的学生开展一次环保意识的问卷调查,对其开展有关环境知识的健康教育活动,活动结束1个月后再进行一次现况调查,对本次环境知识教育的效果进行评价。[结果]与环境意识教育前相比,临床医学和卫生事业管理专业学生对环境知识的知晓率升高(P﹤0.01),预防和药学专业学生知晓率的变化差异并无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。4种专业的医学生在接受环境知识的教育后,环境保护的态度得以改善(P﹤0.01)。医学生在接受环境知识的教育后,除药学专业差异无统计学意义外(P﹥0.05),其他3个专业的环保行为良好率增加,差异均存在统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]通过环境教育,医学生对环境知识的知晓率得以提升,环境保护的态度得以改善,能更主动地采取保护的环境行为,环境教育取得了积极的效果。[ Objective] To study the effect of environmental education on medical students and evaluate the result. [ Methods] A questionnaire of environmental protection consciousness was conducted to the grade one and grade three students of four major in one medical university. After the first current conditions investigation, some education activities concerning the environmental knowledge were hold. About one month later, another investigation was taken. The effect of environmental educa- tion on medical students was observed. [ Results] Comparing with the situation before the education, the medical students of clinical medical and the management of health had higher rate of mastering the environmental knowledge （P 〈 0.01）, while the preventive and pharmacy departments had no covariance of statistic meaning （P 〉 0.05）. All the four medical majors investigated were promoted the attitude of environmental protection （P 〈 0.01 ）. After the education, the pharmacy profession had no covariance of statistic meaning, while the right behaving rate of the three other professions had eovariance of statistic meaning （P 〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion] Though this environmental education, the medical college students promoted the environment knowledge, the medical college students developed a more aggressive attitude of facing environmental protection, and the medical college students performed more actively to adopt environmental protection behavior. The environmental education obtained an aggressive effect.
